Jacqui Adams
Board Director
Jacqui is a Board Director, with special responsibility for Human Resource management of the Group.
Since rdsi started in a study in the heady days of undiscovered Crouch End she has been here. With extensive experience across food, drink, retail and leisure markets, she enjoys her role co-ordinating the rdsi Lifestage products, five –16 and Little ’n’ Large.
In a valiant attempt to keep young at heart Jacqui works with unit heads to maintain their regular graduate intake and other senior roles.
The company is committed to training, mentoring and offers a good benefit package. While work- life balance is an essential principle at the heart of our culture, someone has to check that sabbaticals do not over-run.
Jacqui is also trying to establish the secret formula for human happiness, as rdsi enjoys a history of good staff retention levels and a sparky team spirit.
