‘Happiness’ is an interactive workshop based on new research in psychology and economics.

 

The workshop provides valuable insights into what makes consumers happy with a product, service or experience, and how brands can leverage that happiness for a more satisfied, and crucially, loyal customer base.

It is an actionable and tailored workshop, ending with an interactive element designed to provide you with specific implications for your organisation.
